The Affiliate Director is responsible for growing the affiliate network by establishing and developing partner relationships while increasing the overall network distribution. This position requires a full understanding of how an affiliate network operates including both the advertisers and affiliates. Candidate will be responsible for managing and coaching our affiliate managers and will report to the CEO.

• Manage the Network Distribution (affiliate) team
• Contact publishers, through cold calls or by leveraging existing contact lists
• Must demonstrate ability to identify, qualify, negotiate and close online Publisher relationships
• Research/prospect for new publishers in required market areas
• Select publishers who would be compatible to promoting our offers
• Continuously communicates with & motivates affiliates while developing affiliate bonuses, incentives, etc.
• Assist in negotiate payouts for publishers on all campaigns in the network
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plans
• Participate in strategic development
• Occasional travel to industry conferences
• Monthly revenue responsibilities

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Solid understanding of online advertising and marketing, including pricing structures
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and flexible
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as a motivated team player
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Record of seeking, maintaining, growing online publishers
• Very analytical and detail oriented
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook

Compensation: Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, plus commission and bonus compensation plans. Relocation expenses are available for this position.
