We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development, Mass Tort, to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in driving our business growth by developing and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies, with a focus on CPL/CPA for all Legal and Mass Tort campaigns. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal industry, possess strong negotiation skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Legal and Mass Tort campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to, law firms, legal networks, and mass tort clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to develop and execute successful campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and legal developments to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business development strategies and decision-making processes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing Diablo Media’s value proposition and capabilities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommending optimization strategies when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the legal industry, with a specific focus on CPL/CPA for Legal and Mass Tort campaigns.
- Strong network of contacts within the legal industry, including law firms, legal networks, and mass tort clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
