Diablo Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Performance Marketing, O&O to lead our Owned and Operated (O&O) properties. As the Director of Performance Marketing, O&O, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue for our Owned and Operated Properties. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

This is a full-time position and will report to the CEO. This role can be remote or based out of our office in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for owned and operated properties aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify key opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor a team of performance marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  • Affiliate Management: Collaborate with affiliates to develop and implement strategies aimed at generating traffic and maximizing conversions for owned and operated properties.
  • Advertiser Relations: Liaise with advertisers to facilitate the onboarding of campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with performance marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns are effectively targeted, optimized, and measured for success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and performance metrics.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, improve targeting, messaging, and creative assets. Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor spending, ROI, and other financial metrics to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.

The base salary for this position is $125K-$150k per year plus incentive compensation, benefits and 401k. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this opportunity.
