We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Strategic Director. In this role, you will play a critical role in building and driving business through our owned and operated properties. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including Advertisers, Lead Buyers, Data Companies, and Affiliates, to help scale our web campaigns and drive growth for the company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through our owned and operated properties
- Collaborate with Advertisers, Lead Buyers, Data Companies, and Affiliates to identify new business opportunities and help scale our web campaigns
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our offerings and capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Advertisers, Lead Buyers, Data Companies, and Affiliates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and incorporate these insights into our business strategy and planning
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven experience in web and digital media, with a deep understanding of the advertising industry and its trends and developments

The base salary for this position is $130K per year plus incentive compensation. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this opportunity.
