We are seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-focused, and collaborative professional to join our highly respected team. The Affiliate Account Manager will be directly supporting the affiliate (partner) team through managing client relationships, responding to new publisher requests, and leading administrative tasks to support the overall success of the affiliate network. This person is a self-starter with a desire to grow within the affiliate space, eager to learn the industry and the Diablo way, with the trajectory to grow into a Partner Manager (Affiliate Manager). This person carries the attitude that no task is too big or too small to contribute to the overall success of our clients and the business and thrives in a performance-driven role. This position reports into the Vice President of Sales.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Provide daily support to the Partner team through client and campaign tracking, creative requests, and placement approvals
  • Field new publisher applications and requests
  • Day to day management of clients to facilitate growth and revenue using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Analyze performance and identify areas of improvement, recommending optimized solutions to increase account-generated revenues
  • Marketing and promotion of opportunities to clients via email, phone, and social media
  • Supply creative packages and links as well as reporting to accounts as needed
  • Routine communication with the Partner team and affiliates
  • Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals driving revenue growth

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and works well within a team environment
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs
  • Strong sales acumen with a clienteling or consultative approach
  • Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
  • Maintains a healthy and competitive spirit

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in a digital or service-based industry
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business
  • Familiarity with Online Marketing, Affiliate or CPA marketing a plus
